grosser store etc. This system practically needs three register
receivable from customer , payable to supplier and cash book.
No accounting Skill required
This system does not require a good accounting
skill. A person with basic education or a person who can read and write
can maintain this system.
Economical
This system is very economical as compared to
double entry system. There are two types of cost involved one is the
stationary cost as number of books are required for a double entry
system and second is you must need an accountant even for a very small
operations.
