  1. Design Hiring Process and Policies
  2. Intuit Hiring in the organization
  3. Determine the training requirement of the employee
  4. Establish Employee welfare policies
  5. Resolve employee related issues
  6. Bridge between employee and management
  7. Motivate employee to improve performance
  8. Appraise the performance of employees
